3 Rays Auto Wash has been owned and operated by RS3 since September 2018. Ever since RS3 took ownership, he has one goal to achieve: providing all our customers with the best car wash services in the industry. We have been working over the years to update all of our equipment to Equipment made here in Michigan and mastering our Michigan made chemical mixes to bring your car or truck the sparkle it deserves.

Dr. Ray Skowronski Jr., Co-founder and Vice President

Dr. Ray Skowronski Jr., also a full-time general dentist in the metro Detroit area, along with his wife Mary Ann, have been a part of 3 Rays Auto Wash from the start. Dr. Ray, a car lover himself, always taught his son to strive to be the very best in whatever he did and to always provide a great product. Skowronski III took this advice to heart and continues to look to his father for wisdom. Now as Vice President of 3 Rays Auto Wash, Dr. Ray enjoys providing business advice to ensure growth and customer satisfaction and helping his son to offer customers the best the car wash industry has to offer.

Ray Skowronski III is the owner and operator of 3 Rays Auto Wash. Skowronski started the company in 2013 as an automotive detailing company, providing great service for personal and commercial vehicles. After graduating from Oakland University, Skowronski took his company to the next level, branching off into the car wash industry by opening two 3 Rays Auto Wash locations in 2018 in Flat Rock,MI. He spends countless hours at each location to ensure that each piece of equipment is running perfectly and that every customer leaves with a car that SPARKLES and a smile on their face. Skowronski enjoys being a part of the Flat Rock and Newport community and appreciates the supportive relationship between local businesses. He hopes to grow 3 Rays Auto Wash throughout the metro Detroit area and beyond, one sparkling automotive at a time.

Each soap does have its certain tone to the car wash with the heavy scents from each chemical. Each chemical is tested weekly ourselves to make sure that you are getting exactly what you pay for. We want to make sure our customers can wash their car they want they want. All of our equipment and auto washing products is Michigan made.
